About Us

Glen Rock Dog Sitters is a family-run business where all four of us pitch in. Each of us has a role in keeping your dog happy and safe, from playing fetch to making sure they get plenty of cuddles and attention. Your dog will honestly feel like part of our family while you're away.

We believe in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our home stands for love, equality, and respect for all.

Size

We welcome dogs weighing between 5-40 pounds.

Age

Sorry, we cannot take dogs who are in the puppy stage of life. We've tried and they aren't a great fit for our home. Same for senior dogs who need very frequent bathroom breaks.

Dog Friendly

We have no pets of our own but will take up to 2 dogs at a time. Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and if they are not getting along we will use gates (not crates) to create separate areas of the house.

Meet and Greet

We always meet with you and your dog before booking to ensure a good fit. We want to make sure you are comfortable with us and vice versa.

Home Full Time

Laura and Kevin work from home - ensuring your dog gets constant attention and care.

Philosophy of Care

If you allow your dog on your couch, they can go on our couch. If they sleep in your bed, they can sleep in our bed. We’re committed to following all the rules and routines your dog is used to at home.

Communications

We will send you daily pictures or videos of your dog and keep you updated via text.

Safe & Healthy Environment

Our home is smoke-free and pesticide-free for your dog's well-being.

Overnights at Our House

Regular Days - $60/night School Holidays, Federal Holiday Weekends & Summer Nights - $70 Sibling Dog - Add $25/night

House Sitting at your Home

$100 per Night Includes watering plants, caring for all pets, and taking in mail.

Dog Day Care

$45 per day. Day can start as early as 7am and can end at 7pm.

3 Mile Run in Glen Rock

$30 per run. Laura will take your dog on a 3 mile run at a pace of 11 minutes per mile. Only available in Glen Rock and FREE with an overnight stay ;)
